Mafia: The Old Country editions compared
Three products matter in 2026: the standard game, the Definitive Edition that folds in Man of Honor, and the four-game Omertà Collection. The old Deluxe listing is a launch bundle, not the thing most stores lead with now.

What I checked
I used the 2K edition breakdown and the US store snapshots from October 22, 2026. Deluxe launched at $59.99 with extra cosmetic items. I cannot confirm every store still sells Deluxe as its own SKU, so I am telling you to look at the store page before you assume it is still there.
What each edition contains
Standard is the base story. Definitive Edition adds Man of Honor and the deluxe items. Omertà is a collection: The Old Country Definitive Edition, plus the Definitive Editions of Mafia, Mafia II, and Mafia III.
The $49.99 introductory Omertà offer ended in August 2026. US console listings now show $99.99. Steam uses a Complete Your Collection bundle, with a total that varies according to the items already owned.
| Edition | Price seen | You get |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $49.99 US Steam on October 23; prior $29.99 offer ended | Base game |
| Definitive | $64.99 Steam/list; Xbox page displays $38.99 | Base + Man of Honor + deluxe items |
| Omertà Collection | $99.99 console listing; Steam bundle varies | Four Definitive Editions |
| Man of Honor alone | $9.99 | DLC if you already own the base game |

FAQ
Does Definitive include the DLC?
Yes. That is the point of the 2026 Definitive Edition.
Is Deluxe still sold alone?
It was a launch edition. Confirm the live store page. I will not promise a SKU I did not re-open item by item.
