What I checked
I checked Steam app 4492700 on 2026-10-22. The API returned the name Mafia: The Old Country - Man of Honor, release date Aug 14, 2026, and a $9.99 price with no discount. The short description says you play Enzo Favara beside Ennio Salieri. The 2K newsroom post adds two chapters in the winter of 1905, plus Free Ride jobs and challenges.
How to start it
Own the base game, buy the DLC, and install it from the same store. 2K says you can enter the expansion after chapter 5 of the main story. You do not have to finish all 14 chapters first.
Definitive Edition already includes this DLC. If you bought that bundle, do not buy Man of Honor a second time.
