What I checked

The October 23, 2026 US Steam API check returned $49.99 for the standard game with no discount, and $9.99 for Man of Honor. The previous $29.99 Steam offer has ended. This guide links to official console and PC stores; there is no official browser edition.

What changed by October 2026

Hangar 13 and 2K shipped Mafia: The Old Country for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows on Steam. Steam dates the release August 7, 2025. PlayStation, Xbox, and Wikipedia use August 8, 2025. I keep both dates because the stores do not share one unlock clock.

The base game is a linear third-person story set in Sicily from 1904 to 1907, in the fictional Valle Dorata and the town of San Celeste. It is not an open world. Free Ride is a separate challenge mode.

Freshness

Man of Honor, the paid story expansion, launched August 14, 2026 at $9.99 and needs the base game. The newest patch note I am using is dated September 1, 2026.
