Is Mafia: The Old Country on Game Pass?
No. I do not have an Xbox Game Pass listing for Mafia: The Old Country. Game8’s catalog check reached the same answer, and I have not seen a later 2K post that reverses it.

What I checked
I separate this from PlayStation Plus on purpose. 2K says the base game is in the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalog. That is not Game Pass, and it does not include Man of Honor. On Xbox, the store page is a purchase, including cloud play.
How to re-check
Open the Xbox store page linked in the sources. If Game Pass is added later, the store badge will say so. Until that badge exists, do not wait on a subscription to start the story.

FAQ
Is it on PC Game Pass?
Not in the sources checked on 2026-10-22. The PC edition sold is the Steam one.
Does PS Plus count as Game Pass?
No. They are different catalogs. PS Plus Extra/Premium has the base game; Game Pass does not, in this check.
