What I checked
Sony's October 14, 2026 PlayStation Blog announcement confirms that the base game entered the Extra and Premium Game Catalog on October 20. Man of Honor is separate DLC. Catalog access requires an active eligible subscription and the game remaining in the regional catalog.
What the PS5 listing sells
The US page checked October 23 lists Standard at a $49.99 reference price and still renders a $29.99 offer whose end date is October 22 at 06:59 UTC. Treat that banner as expired and confirm checkout. Definitive Edition is listed at $64.99, Omertà at $99.99, and Man of Honor at $9.99.
Definitive Edition on console is the base game plus Man of Honor plus deluxe items. It is not the 2020 Mafia: Definitive Edition.
