Is Mafia: The Old Country coming to Switch 2?
Not announced. As of October 22, 2026, I have no official Switch or Switch 2 release to point you to.

What I checked
I checked the 2K game page, the Steam platform flags, and the PlayStation and Xbox listings used for this guide. None of them names Nintendo hardware. Game8’s platform article also says there is no Switch version. If 2K announces one later, this page should change. Until then the answer stays no.
Where it does exist
PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows on Steam. A video that says “Switch gameplay” is not a store page. I am not linking ports or file hosts.
Mafia: The Old Country launch trailer
