What I checked
I put three published clocks next to each other instead of averaging them into a fake official time. PowerPyx says 10–12 hours for the story and 15–20 hours for the platinum on a Hard run. Game8 says about 12 hours for the story and 30 hours plus for 100 percent. HowLongToBeat, via the IsThereAnyDeal summary on 2026-10-22, says 12 hours main, 15 with sides, and 24 completionist. The spread is the point.
The clocks, side by side
Chapters run about 30–60 minutes each in the Game8 note, and there are 15 of them including the prologue. That alone lands near the 10–12 hour band if you do not hunt every fox.
Man of Honor is extra: about 2–3 hours for its story and 8–10 hours for its own full clear. Do not add that into the base 10–12 unless you own the DLC.
