Man of Honor walkthrough
The expansion is two new story chapters, not a second full campaign. Plan on about 2–3 hours if you play the story, and longer if you clear the Free Ride jobs.

What I checked
I do not have a moment-by-moment route I recorded myself, so this page stays with what 2K and PowerPyx published. PowerPyx lists 8 jobs and 11 challenges in the DLC Free Ride content, plus 43 wanted posters, 15 sulfur trucks, and 10 stunt jumps. I am not filling gaps with guessed mission titles.
What you are walking through
You play Enzo Favara again, working with Ennio Salieri in the winter of 1905. Salieri is a name players of the first Mafia already know. The chapters are about his debts and scores, not a retelling of the base game.
Finish main-story chapter 5 first. From the main menu, select Man of Honor to go directly to the expansion, or start a New Game with the DLC enabled. The official patch notes place its two chapters between original chapters 5 and 6.
| Block | Published size | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Story chapters | 2 | 2K / Steam |
| Story time | 2–3 hours | PowerPyx |
| Full DLC clear | 8–10 hours | PowerPyx |
| Free Ride jobs | 8 | PowerPyx |
| Free Ride challenges | 11 | PowerPyx |
Mission-by-mission directions beyond these counts were not re-played for this page.
Story and Free Ride route
Set Classic difficulty before starting if you want Against All Odds. During Intermezzo II, take Isabella's optional meeting at Lago Efesto for Snapshot; chapter select can recover the photo if missed. After the DLC story, visit Salieri's warehouse in Porto Almaro to start his Free Ride work.
- Complete both DLC chapters, keeping Classic enabled for the difficulty trophy.
- Talk to Salieri at his warehouse and work through the jobs and challenges as they unlock.
- Finish the wanted posters, sulfur trucks, and stunt jumps in Free Ride. These are separate from the base Collector trophy.
