What I checked
This is a dated storefront summary, not the earlier all-purchase API sample of 624 reviews. The base game's English storefront sample is 70 percent of 9,683 reviews; its language scope differs from the DLC summary, so the figures are not a controlled comparison. My recommendation is an editorial fit assessment based on price and content, not a claim that I completed the DLC.
A practical way to decide
Consider it if you want the Salieri winter chapters and the extra Free Ride activities. If you already own Definitive Edition, the expansion is included; install it instead of purchasing it again.
Skip it if you left the base game unfinished. Chapter 5 is the entry point, and the base campaign is the longer piece. Two or three hours will not fix a game you bounced off.
I am not quoting a Metacritic score for the DLC, because I do not have a separate critic aggregate in the source log.
