Isabella Torrisi
Isabella is Don Bernardo Torrisi’s daughter, played by Carina Conti. Some articles spell the actress Cariana. Wikipedia and the PlayStation credit use Carina Conti, so that is the spelling on this page.

What I checked
The PlayStation note describes someone who wants to escape, perceptive, caught between her own plans and the family name. In chapter 4 she is kidnapped and Enzo and Cesare bring her back. She and Enzo keep the relationship secret. She is pregnant by the end of the story. Spoilers: she kills Tino and sails for Empire Bay, where she reads Enzo’s letter. She is the one who gets out.
Who she is tied to
Her father fears that independence, which is in the don’s own blurb. Cesare is her cousin. Tino is the soldier she kills in the escape. I am not adding a secret parentage the sources do not state.
