MAFIATHE OLD COUNTRY

Collectibles in Mafia: The Old Country

The Collector wants 143 items in four piles: 50 Mystery Foxes, 50 newspapers, 23 photographs, and 20 Saints’ Cards. Charms, beads, medallions, and Trinacria are in the world, and they are not that trophy.

What I checked

I matched Game8’s collectible total to PowerPyx’s index. Both use 50, 50, 23, and 20. PowerPyx is explicit that charms and Trinacria are not required for The Collector. Fox number 50 is bought at Pasquale’s Store for 5,000 Dinari. A bug could stall the trophy if you tried to buy it without the money. The September 22, 2025 patch fixed that case. Pickups save immediately. Chapter replay and Free Ride can both backfill misses.

Your 143-item collectible checklist

Tick items as you collect them. Progress is stored in this browser until you reset it or clear site data. It is separate from the game save and does not sync across devices.

Use the chapter filter for the 25 story-exclusive pickups. The other 118 items are grouped as Free Ride because they remain available there, even when a story chapter also allows access. Numbers follow PowerPyx’s route order. Each “Map / route source” link opens the matching entry in its illustrated guide; source maps and screenshots are not copied here.

FAQ

Do I need every charm?

Not for The Collector. PowerPyx says charms and Trinacria are excluded.

Can I miss one forever?

Story pickups save, and both chapter replay and Free Ride can recover most of them. The fox purchase bug was patched on 2025-09-22.
