Free Ride mode
Free Ride is the mode that replaced a plain explore option. It is a set of timed challenges on the story map. It is not an open-world campaign.

What I checked
The official unlock I am using is “after chapter 2,” from the main menu. PowerPyx wrote chapter 3. I am not collapsing that disagreement. The base challenge count in the research notes is 24: 3 circuit races, 3 road sprints, 6 time trials, 3 horse races, 5 standoffs, and 4 assassinations. I do not have all 24 proper names, so I am not inventing them. Rewards pay Dinari, which Pasquale’s Store spends.
What later patches added
The November 20, 2025 Free Ride update added Photo Mode, Classic difficulty, first-person driving, Cinema Siciliano, a sundial for weather, and a pile of outfits, knives, guns, charms, and cars. Game8 pages written in August 2025 that say there is no Photo Mode are out of date.
August 14, 2026 added map pins and the Man of Honor jobs: 8 jobs and 11 challenges around the Salieri warehouse, on top of the base 24.
