Patch notes, 2025–2026
2K publishes these updates by date, not as 1.004 or 1.005. I am not going to label a patch with a console build number I cannot show.

What I checked
I summarized the 2K patch-note page and the Steam news entries in the research log. The newest date in that log is September 1, 2026. If you are chasing a stutter fix, read November 20, 2025 and August 20, 2026 before you install a mod.
Dated updates
Day-one is August 7, 2025. PC hotfixes followed on August 13 (AMD 6000 texture issues) and August 20 (stability). August 28 was a larger pass on companion progress, AI, image quality, and ultrawide. September 22 fixed Trinacria falling through the map, the fox-purchase trophy stall, True Soldato unlock problems, and FSR 4 ghosting.
