It is not a movie
There is no official “full movie” cut of Mafia: The Old Country. The story is the game. Official video from the publisher is trailers, not every cutscene in order.

What I checked
I checked the Mafia Game channel uploads: the launch trailer on August 7, 2025, and the Man of Honor trailers in 2026. Third-party channels do post hour-long cutscene compilations. I am not embedding those. The copyright sits with 2K and with the uploader, and the videos get taken down. If you want the story without playing, the ending page is a written account with sources, which is the thing I can keep online.
What you can watch here
Use the trailer below. It is the official launch trailer. It is not a substitute for chapters 1 through 14, and it does not spoil the ending the way a cutscene compile does.
A search for “full gameplay” is often a request for a no-commentary movie. That product is not sold by 2K. The game is 10–12 hours if you play it.
