Places on the Mafia: The Old Country map
The story map is Valle Dorata in Sicily: the towns of Collezolfo, Fiumansa, Porto Almaro, and San Celeste. Palermo appears in chapter 12. This page is a place index, not a replacement for an interactive map.

What I checked
I used the Mafia Wiki location list rather than redraw a map I do not have rights to. I am not claiming Scala dei Turchi is in the game. It is a real Sicilian landmark, and it is not on the official pages or the wiki location table I checked. Map Genie has an interactive overlay if you want pins. I am not embedding it.
Towns and landmarks
Homes you will hear named: Enzo’s apartment, Villa Ludovici, and Villa Torrisi. Shops and jobs cluster around Pasquale’s Store, the sulfur mine at Collezolfo, and the tuna works at Fratelli Galante.
Landmarks in the same list include Baia di Vedetta, Lago Efesto, and the Castle of Umfredo Anquetil. Empire Bay appears as a cameo, not as a second open city.
| Place | Kind | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| San Celeste | Town | Also a name in Mafia II |

FAQ
Is the whole island explorable?
No. You travel the story routes, then Free Ride’s challenge map after it unlocks.
Where is Scala dei Turchi?
It is a real place in Sicily. I cannot confirm it as an in-game location.
